25/04/2010: In traditional Italian fashion it is impossible to get away with having a festa for one reason or another. We enjoyed the opening of our new offices and little did I realise that it would be similar to a wedding or Christening !! Been a Yorkshireman I was hoping to get away with a few sausage rolls, crisps and a homemade punch until we realised our Italian partners had invited around 500 people! After the initial bout of laughter and near on choking I realised that I was the only one laughing and they realised that their English partner was slightly losing the plot as they sat there in silence. So following traditions we had a visit from the local priest followed by a huge party with an obscene amount of food and drink. We were bought around 200 good luck charms, flowers and items for the office and again my call to open a shop to re sell them to pay for the buffet fell on deaf ears, so please enjoy the following photos as we hope you will get to know us a little before you come out and meet us in person.
As you can see the work got well on the way the first morning our furniture came, the boxes were placed on the floor, one was opened then everyone went for dinner !!
This is the block we are in, our estate agency is on the ground floor and we have an apartment above for renovations, mortgage advice and the Notary also has a sub office within ours to do the acts for you to buy your house
The tradition is to cover everything up until the opening party starts.

This is the office upstairs where we look after all the projects we are in the process of renovating, we deal with new builds through to fitting a new bathroom. Our partner Pino is a registered Geometra so all aspects of planning and project management are covered.

OK, enjoy the buffet, I am not concerned about the price honest, just enjoy it dont worry how much its costing, just help yourselves, I will pay, you just eat................................. !!!!!!!!!!
This may look a little horrific but the taste is beyond belief and once again my cholesterol levels are rising !!
Now I will get an ear bashing for this but some clients who are here on holiday came along which is fine but have you noticed noone else is around ? Thats because its not started yet but us typical Brits any sign of a party we are there starting before everyone else !!!!!! Sorry Linda !
