  There is an international airport in Pescara on the coast of Abruzzo where Ryanair fly regularly from London Stanstead airport and Frankfurt’s  Hahn airport, Pescara is a good base to explore the region and has a large selection of hotels and enjoys easy access to all areas of Abruzzo

  Fly into either of Rome’s 2 airports Ciampino and Fuimicino which are only 1 hour to the border of Abruzzo and just 2 hours from Pescara and again Ryanair fly regular into Ciampino and many other airlines fly into both airports.
