At Vigneverde we are unique because one of our business partners is a qualified registered Geometra. A Geometra is the main person you need to help restore your property so look no further than Vigneverde, we have all the contacts for all the jobs.

The Procedure

Our system is simple and you are in control throughout the process. All the way through you can speak to us anytime and we will keep you informed with developments via email, phone and update you with photographs and short videos. The builders we use are all local and often live very close to the property you will purchase and because our Geometra has had is practice for several years his contacts and work is of the highest standards. His job also includes all the paperwork needed to submit your plans to the local councils to gain any necessary planning permission. A Geometra service is invaluable and we are pleased to be able to offer our clients this.   

Stage 1

We accompany you to your property and discuss the options available to you and begin the design process of how you would like the property to look and decide on a layout for all the rooms, including ensuit bathrooms, room changes, demoltion of walls and any other changes you need.

When the design is complete the Geometra will make your plans and subject to your permission he will submit them to the council. You will receive a copy of the designs and should you wish we can create a 3D design of your house to view on your PC.

Stage 2

After we have gained any permission needed we will pass your plans on to at least 3 different builders and await their quote (Previntivio) on receipt of these we will discuss the options with you and decide on a builder. The layout of our clients quotes is shown as fig 1. You will see that each job is individually described and priced, this means that you can choose which numbers you would like to do if you are spreading the work over time or agree that all works are to be done.

Stage 3

Once we have agreed on the tradesman to use we will take you to local trade suppliers for you to choose things like tiles, doors and bathroom suites. Your quote will be based on a certain budget (which you will see clearly on the quotation) if you choose items that ere in excess of the given budget then a new price will be worked out based on the difference between the quoted amount and your choice.

Stage 4

The work now commences and after certain stages are reached we will photograph the work and send them to you via email, a DVD is also an option on larger projects. You can contact us at anytime if you require updates or if you are planning a visit. Throughout the building process the Geometra will make regular visits to the site to make sure that all the work been done is in line with  the project designs.

Stage 5

On completion of the work the Geometra will make a final check on all works and if necessary meet with the local council to make sure that all the work carried out is acceptable to them. The final project will be signed off and you can enjoy your new property. Should you wish to rent out your property we can discuss our future rental relationship with you or if the house is for your use only you may want to discuss caretaking packages with us.
