After you have completed your property purchase you will have hopefully built up a good relationship with us to know that we have your best interest as our priority and that we do strive to make sure everything runs smooth throughout. After the signing of contracts our work with you continues into planning the renovations of your new property. We have an on site Geometra (Pino) who takes care of all aspects of planning, design and council affairs plus Angela and Silvana who take care of the project and financial management of your renovation, both speak fluent Italian and English and become your eyes and ears here in Italy. After the initial meetings Angela & Silvana get to know everything about what you need from the project and what must be done to stay within the council guidelines by working as liaison between you the client and the Geometra who is ultimately responsible to ensure everything is done within the agreed and passed plans.

We work close to where we sell properties and have built up a network of local builders, plumbers and electricians who for most of the year work for us on each project we have, along with a window company and a furniture/kitchen company we aim to finish your project off to the best possible standard working within your budget.

We are very open with clients and you will get to know everyone who works on your property, between this and our constant phone calls/emails you will feel like you are here managing it yourself.
