The first question most people have about our advertised properties is .

“Is the property close to amenities?”

Hopefully this section will answer that question because 90% of our advertised properties are either in or very close to all of these villages. Depending on the property these are the villages you would use most of the time. The larger towns, Lanciano and Chieti can be found between 20 minutes and 30 minutes from most of the advertised properties.

As a rule we usually say that the coast is 25 minutes, ski resorts are 40 minutes, Pescara airport 50 minutes and Rome 2 hours 15 minutes from most of our advertised properties.

“Casoli”

At 378m Casoli is a fabulous market town perched on a hill with the backdrop of the Maiella mountains. Positioned close to the Val di Sangro the village enjoys easy access to the stunning Chieti coastline (15 minutes), Lake Bomba (10 minutes) Lake San Angelo (3 minutes) and the number 1 ski resort Roccaraso (40 minutes). The town itself is packed full of character and beautiful views all around, there are many shops, bars and restaurants in the small centre and a large market held once a week.

Casoli is famous for its castle and the Romanesque stlye church of S.Reparate.

Many of our properties are within 5 minutes of this village and some have views of the village itself.
